Our monthly board meetings are open to the public. They are usually held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month at 1051 Morse Street (at Newhall), San Jose.
At the meetings, the directors plan and discuss the current operational activities of the chapter, including chapter finances and current events. The board will often vote on matters under consideration.
The meetings are a good place to observe and get to know the volunteers that work hard on the operations of your local chapter of the ACLU.
If you have an operational item that you would like to bring before the board, we encourage you to first contact us at acluscv@acluscv.org with a description of your item so that we may add it to our agenda.
If you have a legal matter with which you are seeking help, please fill out our complaint form and submit your matter to our legal mailbox at legal@acluscv.org. New legal matters must be reviewed by our legal screening committee before any action will be taken by the board of directors.
Check our calendar for specific dates.
