The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is our nation's guardian of liberty, working daily in the courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.
The mission of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union is to preserve, protect and advance civil rights and civil liberties through public education, information and advocacy. The Chapter includes the following Santa Clara County communities: Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale.

The Friends Meeting House is on Morse
between Newhall and Hwy 880
and one block west of The Alameda.

Meetings of the board are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM.

We do not review individual cases at our board of directors meetings. If you have a legal issue, please use this form
